If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! Returns, refunds and/or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be pre-approved before shipping back to Coopers Bay Outdoors. Please contact customer service at contact@coopersbay.com with the reason for the return, refund or exchange. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Returns are to be shipped to the address below. Once received, please allow 3-5 days for processing.

Damages, Lost Items
We go to great lengths and do our best to package your products to arrive safely and in one piece to your door. But we cannot guarantee what happens throughout the delivery process. Coopers Bay Outdoors will attempt to assist with items damaged or lost during shipping. Please open your shipment as soon as it arrives and if you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim. Please note that damaged and lost item claims require the customer to complete a damaged/missing item statement. A web link will be issued, directing the customer to a simple two-step statement form.
