HexaLite™ Six Sided Ferro Rod - Compact Hex Fire Starter with Belt Carry Pouch

Our new HexaLite™ "Stub" Ferro Rod fire starter is the same whopping 1/2-inch diameter 6-sided hex shape as it's bigger brother, but in a more compact 4" length.  To keep your tool at the ready, we've included a heavy duty nylon carry pouch that features a D-ring to attach to your pack, along with a molle type strap for belt attachment. Like all of our ferro firestarter's, this uses our special "PyroStryke" ferrocerium blend that will reliably produce showers of molten hot (up to 5500 degrees) shards on your tinder to ensure you'll get a fire started super fast, even in the worst weather conditions. The 6-sided hex shape of our HexaLite rods also gives you over 50% more striking area than a standard round fire rod.
